Website Update
I’ve updated my website, pauloppenheim.com. Most notably, I have added a photo gallery which has the requisite cat picture:
Technobabble after the break…
For the nerds in the audience, I am now managing my site with Subversion. Not too controversial, but I have both WordPress and Gallery in repository as well, which adds about 20k extra files to the mix. Instant scary!
Also, if you don’t have a high rez screen (which is maybe one of you) you will notice the “pals” icons flow kind of weird on the front page. This is due to a weird CSS margin rendering error in firefox 1.5 (I know, i need to upgrade!) which makes the sites on my page that have names which are wider than the icons have a little (5px?) extra margin on the top. That’s enough to make the links flow strange - they are floating divs. I should probably make them spans, but I recall having a bit of trouble with that. Until I do, my apologies.
